I'm guessing it's more because it wouldn't take a genius to know why this is going up. The ASX will consider more than just price and volume when sending a please explain. They'll look at the broader macro situation, prior company news that could have triggered the rerate initially and other things including even going as far as looking at social media discussion (ie HC forums). I'd say they could see that this run has been justified by the fundamentals, and so felt there was no reason to send a please explain.
