Oleg is a smart man. He wouldn’t accept a low ball offer, and he knows how far the Company has to go yet. It might be in the best interest of the Company to continue under specific military knowledge, maybe even with the larger contractors.
In any event, the Company is revaluing to what is more appropriate for the future expectation, confidence is growing from those on the sidelines and the traders are having a field day.
