Yes its very speculative, but RED apparently is developing a more positive relationship with the Philippine authorities. There is therefore an increasing possibility that the CDO will be lifted.
If the CDO is lifted I'd imagine it would do wonders for the share price.
Its at least a positive.
Lets see if that apparent improvement in relations does finally result in some positive action...
