Garrye, if the project was worth $400 million before and we assume project is still worth same now, then you gotta divide that amount by the current total shares. Thus the reduction in share price expected.
There are whispers that RED management is slowly developing a better communication with the Dept, thus CDO might be lifted sooner than the market expects.
