It seems that some very highly speculative gamblers are ignoring the evidence before them at this point in time and putting in some very low ball buy offers for Uscom shares. Each to their own. I would ask them to please post in here and tell us why they are doing that now. To be honest, I have done that sort of thing in the past, but never again. Unless world events suddenly change for the best I won't be putting any more money on this. I'm presently adding to my holdings right now in companies that have huge demonstrable growth ahead even in this very uncertain investment climate. I'm also building up cash reserves for the present.
