    I think the company has mentioned a target of 5000tpa in the past. So this would fit with your conceptual targets. On a brief DCF i did (10yrs at 500tpa, 12% discount rate, 10yr tax-free holiday period), NPV/share is approx $0.30, as is projected EPS (in the 3rd year of production).
    All just estimates, but i feel there definitely is some upside still and with low capex (low repay period).
