Just a comment on two things:
1. The issue of shares to Validus was not $200k worth but 200k shares (big difference).
2. If the A$ rises in value and the US$ price of Base Metals stays down here it is a negative fr CSD unless they hedge the currency risk.
Everything else is bang on.
Mining activities take time as do some of the corporate matters especially if one is dealing with 3rd party government entities
