E1, it has been my understanding that the market always looks ahead. Therefore the saying, "what have you done for me lately," applies. Even the more crueller, "You're only as good as your last deal," may apply.
Meteor's ASX rule citing is very instructive, and may go far in explaining "radio silence."
The DFS may be simply awaiting metallurgy and drilling results.
The ownership issues may be in a Chinese bureaucratic snarl.
