    Your question is complex. Past human trials suggests 5 days is enough and that is backed up by some of the preclinical mouse data. On the other hand the COH group used Zantrene over 20 days, although I should add that they didn’t try to optomised this time. The real answer is it will vary with the drug combination used and the cancer type. We are exploring this question at the preclinical level and it will be looked at in the corresponding clinical trials.
