Further to the above this was the proportion of shares held as at the last Quarterly. The top group of 209 holders currently hold 64% of the shares on issue. The top two groups (1,399 or 15.2% of RACE's 9,198 shareholders) hold almost 90% of shares on issue.
I think that with Dr C converting 3M options and with other people in this group continuing accumulating I think that by the end of the year we will have 65% of the stock controlled by 209 shareholders. This ratio will be very important when RACE start receiving offers (many of these people are long-term holders and they understand the fundamentals of what RACE is doing and the potential value of the drug).
