Yes, those kinds of comments are embarrassing. People who accept that as the standard they wish to hold themselves accountable to are laughable.
It takes a giant step to discrediting anything they have said previously.

If that is the level of care they have applied to their own self-development, what else have they missed in their other endeavours?


That said, I don't think gender is completely irrelevant. It definitely has nothing to do with competency, but there are tendencies that larger groups of men and women display. In this case, I am discussing the positive tendencies and attributes that are useful for leading in different business environments.



FXL needed a person like Rebecca to Lead. She displays and is experienced in solving the types of problems FXL needs to navigate long term.
