The job ads are a good sign as it tells me they are trying to address some shortcomings in those areas and the areas they are looking to expand in. What concerns me is the timing. I feel this should have been done sooner and FXL seem to be slow to react.

Also, what kind of turnaround time are we looking at to onboard these kind of executive personnel and for them to execute the companies vision? I mean by the time you advertise for the role, interview, said person hands in notice (could be a long notice period due to exec position) and then defines or executes strategy in the area, we must be talking many months or a year perhaps? Whats your thoughts on this Obi?
