I'm guessing that MCR is being sold off by those who bought in a few months ago at about half of the present price, so once the profit taking has slowed down/finished the uptrend should continue.
If you're after a couple of new plays, A2M is nearing it's low, but it's a long term hold given the amount of manipulation at play. Also ROG has minimum downside and potentially huge upside given the recent farm in by Santos, and it hasn't really taken off in a big way yet, not that I would put the house on it, but a few hundred dollars can become a few thousand if things go their way (and they are due for a win considering the bad luck they had in the past.)

Thanks for your tips Fourex, and you are right it's not easy navigating through this volatile period since start of August.

Which other strategies are you following at the moment ? Or is there any members that are employing good strategies that you know of. I am continually learning as well.
