speculative stocks go up and they go down

That is what PRR still is - A speculative stock! Consequently you can expect that PRR's share price will go up and that it will go down.

In the absence of any significant news the share price will do whatever the manipulators want it to do. However, great to see that holders are not "offloading". The manipulators are playing their games with only a handful of shares.

Fundamentals are excellent and there is good reason to be optimistic that all will continue this way. Many boxes have been ticked - not many more to go.

One thing that I do know is that IF a speculative stock delivers the goods, the share price is very likely to go up - quite significantly.

Exciting times ahead - in my opinion.
