I was thinking the same thing today with the sudden rise of DYL - up 17% - on no news.
Over the last year this has been one of the most boring stocks on the ASX (which I hold), so today's movement is definitely an indicator of a wider push within the sector.
Obama's comments today on worldwide nuclear disarmament may have ramifications for the sector.
