The statement of Takeover by Stealth is a figment of Steves imagination. The Investor Group is NOT taking over the company and any suggestion that we are is laughable.
Our position has been that we wanted to meet face to face with the board members and have our questions answered. They have not and/or will not respond and shrug us off as an annoying group of rabble. The s249D is lodged and now they have failed to take our last offer seriously and as such it is HIGHLY unlikely we will pull the no confidence motions.
All the talk is done its now time to act.
