Some on here think it is - but many others (and tbh most of the volume on a daily basis) don't.

I think someone who called the company (on monday if i remember correctly) said that there were some minor issues with the report... so they were obviously minor enough that they could issue 3% of the company at a discount of 30% to the (inflated) shareprice at the time, but not minor enough that they can sort them out in 3 days...haha.
