I had a strong feeling last week that it would move this week - based purely on the fundamentals, which the mkt has tended to ignore.
Today you can see it edging up, but more importantly look at the order volume building just underneath the mkt.
As for the basics:
It's unusual for The Speculator to be so overweight a stock.
My guess is that's because of the announcements alluded to in the final paragraph, apparently to be announced shortly:
"These forecasts could be dwarfed in the next 2 or 3 months with expansion into dredging on the harbour project...involving the shifting of a billion cubic metres of material.
"The company should soon announce it is negotiating with China Harbor Engineering Company (one of the largest construction companies) to build up to four Dutch-designed dredges...
"Such an involvement when confirmed will significantly lift ORH's profile."
