    he was prepard to pay more so gets ahead in the queue. if 1000000 @ .006 was on offer and the .007 bid is only 900000, he gets it at .006 ahead of yr .006 bids.

    however if 1100000 was bid at .007 over the 1000 000 .006 offer and into any .007 offers, then the opening price would be .007

    that seems to be how it works
