The constantly changing speed zones within city/town areas are designed purely with revenue raising in mind imho. Also areas on beautiful multi-lane main roads where the speed is limited to a pathetic 80km/hr as we have in our area...along with the frequently parked revenue raising man (not a police officer) with his camera set-up. OK for locals knowing to watch out, but still frustrating.
