Have no Idea on physics.
The question should be " If a photon of light travelling in a wave pattern was to emit another photon, would the emitted photon travel ahead of the original photon?"
As I understand the initial photon has transmitted it's energy into the future to radiate more light.
Increased energy from that photon in the form of light I would guess cause time to slow further giving a point of reference from outside the event of light streaming as time passed.
Anything travelling at these kind of speeds with mass is a bit out there to contemplate for me.
Didn't see the earth's core thread but created a little file to demonstrate what I think it may look like.
The centre would not be a Konstant.
