From experience I have found that bad news is hidden as long as can be; good news is always trumpeted.

On a different post there was a booster who disappeared when the bad news arrived, so I tend be a little sceptical about those who don't acknowledge the difficulties.

Anyhow, time will tell; either there will be a JV or there will be no money. Your choice gentle reader.
