Seems strange to me that ZFX left it till the very last minute...

    Seems strange to me that ZFX left it till the very last minute to get the notice in given they had the notice at 11:30.
    Maybe there is something going on in the background but they have not been formally approached as yet and were giving it all the opportunity to get up today?
