geepers newbaby...you are new arent you!
havent u heard of Sol Tjruillo from telstra? he took the share price from $5.05 to $4.80 and awarded himself a 100% pay increase for his troubles.


ZFX denied the rumours earlier today on CNBC. That doesnt mean that someone hasnt started leg workon a takeover and of course ZFX wouldnt be in the know.

Everyone knows that with 30% cash at the moment ZFX is a target. OXR's rumoured takeover at 4 shares for 1 plus $4 cash would just be using zfxs cash to give back to shareholders anyway.

It looks like the market knew about the CEO appt and also that it had possibly got as cheap as it was going to get.
hopefully a TO wont be far away now.
