    Does anybody know if a broker is recommending ADA?

    Price surge presumably warrants a speeding ticket. 28.5 cents a week ago to a max of 44 cents today.

    Not much turnover, so if there is insider trading it probably comes from somebody with special knowledge about contracts. Here's hoping the speeding ticket will flush out an announcement about the long hoped for big contract.
