Seen this phenomenon a few times with new recommendations from ASCI.
Subscribers jump in hard and fast as soon as the publication is released, with a rush of blood to the head.
Expect a speeding ticket by lunchtime with a reply to the effect that "We are not aware of anything that has not been released to the market".
I'd expect we'll see it settle back this afternoon. My feeling is it will stabilise around the 13 cent mark over the course of the next few days.
All JMHO of course.
