The company?s response to the speeding ticket was a bit of a disappointment and signals that there will probably not be an announcement in the next fortnight. At a minimum the response should of mentioned that a distribution agreement had been signed (as reflected in previous announcements) and that the market reaction is probably in anticipation of our product being available for purchase.
If they were to release an announcement now regarding product launch surely they would be looked at by the ASX ? even though it would be easy to explain, why would you want the additional hassle
