In response to your correspondence dated the 6 May 2011 regarding the change in the
Company?s share price and the increased volume of shares traded, the Company?s
response is as follows:
1. The Company is not aware of any information that has not been announced through
the ASX that could be an explanation for the recent trading of securities in the
Company.
2. Not applicable.
3. The Company has no other explanation as to why there has been a price or volume
change in its securities other than to note that the company has received some focus
in the recent issue of Diggers and Drillers.
4. The Company confirms that it is in compliance with the Listing Rule and in particular of
Listing Rule 3.1
