Yes, your point when you said "As a long term holder, I cant help but feel we lose out. Company has failed to deliver on its promises and if they get taken over for a song, it will just be a cop out" is something I feel, too.
However I take a different view on a TO. I suggest we need a predator. Why? So, if the company can find strategies to survive, it will need its finger out. A lot of us would like that.
And then, let's look at what a predator would do ---- raise the SP. I like that!
And that means less dilution. The company will need funds from a damned awful market to carry it thru to when TH comes good. Oh Nov and Dec were so bad...
