iSonea Limited (“Company”) - Price and Volume Query
We refer to your email received on Tuesday 14th May2013 in relation to a noted increase in the price of the
Company’s securities from 18.5 cents at the close of trade on Monday, to an intra-day high of 23.5 cents
along with an increase in the volume of securities traded at the time of writing..
We provide the following response to your queries:
1. Is the Entity aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market which, if
known, could explain the recent trading in its securities?
No.
2. If the answer to question 1 is yes, Is the Entity relying on Listing Rule 3.1A not to announce that
information under Listing Rule 3.1? Can an announcement be made immediately? If an announcement
cannot be made immediately, why not, and when is it expected that an announcement will be made?
Not applicable.
3. Is there any other explanation that the Company may have for the price change and increase in volume
in the securities of the Company?
No.
On the 22nd April 2013 the Company released an Investor Presentation providing details of both
Company and product developments with some relative measures.
In addition to this, the Company’s CEO, Mr. Mike Thomas, delivered a number of investor and
shareholder update presentations in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. We have seen a steady
increase the share price since that time.
A detailed Investor Update together with the Company’s Appendix 4C Cashflow Report for the Jan – Mar
2013 quarter, was released to the market on the 30th April 2013.
We are not aware of any other explanation at this time.
4. Please confirm that the Company is in compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, listing rule 3.1.
The Company continues to comply with all ASX Listing Rules.
