I don't think we can take anything as given until we see the colour of their money.

Although today's buying seems to indicate that someone is confident that the financing is concluded or very close to concluded. I talk with management from time to time and have found them to be very informative with what they are working on, but at the same time very cognisant of their responsibilities to keep the market fully informed (this means they don't leak). Maybe someone outside of management is leaking, but that would be insider trading and we don't want that, and given recent prosecutions one wouldn't expect anyone to be indulging anyway.

Me I'm waiting patiently for confirmation.
