The Company has no specific explanation for the recent trading in its securities. In the last five weeks, Neuren has announced changes to its leadership team, the receipt of approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to conduct a Phase 2 clinical trial in patients with Fragile X Syndrome, and the presentation of data from testing in a mouse model in which Neuren’s drug products were shown to normalise known Fragile X characteristics. This progress has been accompanied by increasing interest in Neuren from the investment community. The board is continuing to evaluate capital requirements with a view to accelerating the execution of Neuren’s strategy.
