If I get offered 0.02 shares I will be happy, but you know what i will do with them as soon as I get them. Many will think the same in the absence of a compelling reason. So the question will be what gives. Either we get more information or we are flying blind as to how to make decisions. One other theory is that this is simply a 'friend of a friend' buying 4% which would then 'pump' the price prior to the AGM, ensuring speedy passage of the resolutions .
