I don't think that is right. Shareholders in the USA are not eligible to take up the offer. That is evident. We had about 40% USA shareholders when the Nadolol deal was done. I would assume that has been heavily diluted, but I do not think many have sold as it would be problem for them and any check on the share register I have done has not shown much movement in the USA holders. The USA holding would still be substantial. You are correct that the Company has till 8 March to finalise the sale of shares, but for practical reasons they will complete early and I am sure that the sale is already complete. I would take the "small print" with a grain of salt. All these clauses are generic in such a document and to cover legal requirements. What is "relatively small" in the unlikely event that the matter goes to court.
