    I ofcourse have no idea of a takeover or not....but if there were to make an aquisition of some sort the Carusos wouldve explained that in response to the takeover
    MRC is a substantial shareholder in ALD -the best way to buy out ALD is by buying MRC first -just a thought...thats all
