Ruane owns virtually half RWD & it would be reasonable to assume that people close to him & other directors & staff would account for another significant %
The further away from the source that these "foundation" holders are, the more likely that they would be using this potential "spike" to offload at least a % of their holding for insurance & to give themselves a free carry from here on.
Will be interesting to see what happens once these & other stale bulls are through selling.
