What we also need if possible is Board of Directors,Executive Committee and Relevant parties of the centro group to take pay cuts at least 50%(Out of their own goodwill) off their yearly salary because these type of payment packages in such a critical time for the company is way out of order.If you are payed over a certain amount lets say e.g. 150,000+ in the business world you are expected to perform.If not then take a hike or by your own goodwill take a pay cut for under performance.If needed they must be willing to go door knocking and humble themselves fully i.e. no shame to do whatever it takes to get Centro back on the map.If needed work 12 -15hours a night 7 days a week until these issues can be fixed.Serious problems mean serious work and SERIOUS HARD WORK right around the clock.

Further down the track if the company does well then these packages can probably be supported; provided Centro are back to 100% health.But in the meantime this type of greed can't be justified; not even Warren Buffett is payed as much as some of these board members or management staff; total greed in a critical time and not just Centro this effects other board members and related management from other listed companies as well.
