It's down over 50% YTD on absolutely NO announcement from the company.
It went up due to some acquisitions and some macroeconomic factors. The news was on the table and investors could make up their minds. There's been no news and the price has dropped pretty much EVERY day. If there is issues within the company, we need to be told.
