I agree with all you are saying. I would prefer the option strike price to be 0.40c and the period 3 years. It is largely a management issue that the sp is so low and it has nothing to do with current turmoil on the markets. The sp has been woeful for a very long time cause largely by the messing about with the Jorc etc.
The other big issue is that Mr Goody has over 36,000,000 shares and thus the company is esentially run by him. I can't see institutional or other major investors putting money in if they will have no effective say in what happens.
Altogether a complete mess and as far as the options are concerned I don't see what is being rewarded at the moment.
