How often does a company get a speeding ticket and release news soon after,,,often IMO,
Most of the time stocks move before the big news anyway so not too surprizing..
I expect NEU has been on many watchlists and people know its low risk at this price so they were jumping in today as they were too scared to miss the big run..
I look FWD to the next few days/weeks...IMO this share is solid and I think we will either stay around 2.8 or go higher tomorrom...
time will tell...
