Fair enough Gat and thanks for posting. My understanding of your comment is that they're "hopeful" of getting signoff on the deployment - the commercials around the deal are not at risk. sda have and will clearly take the time they feel they need to. Share price aside, it's probably a good thing too - someone in the joint venture needs to consider quality and reputational risk!
For me, I really don't care too much... When you look at the potential captive market and opportunity, I'm happy to accept the wait.
