"as per the reason for the raise" . . . how about "operational expences" to keep paying the directors their nice fees and the lifestyle niceties that go on the Co's credit cards. Did you know that the Chairman/lawyer's legal firm is one of the same as the Co's legal firm? It would be interesting to know how many $'s are being charged for the legal advice the Co. and it's directors of late - and how much was the new 'trading policy' cost and who in fact did it. Was it the Chairman's own legal Co.? (same as the Co.'s?) If so, nice exchange of cash partially going straight into the Chairman's pocket that the shareholders invariably pay for.
