    In the many interviews with Sean Smith, he said they will not sell customers information.

    So I can only surmise that the event where they could sell your information is for example if they sell the company and current or past customers information as part of the sale? Without customers the business would be meaningless?

    That's my opinion, as per my signature in every post!
