    From sale of assets and return of 950 mil.

    Sigma will pay off the 350 mil debt facility in one hit. Then the remaining 750 millions of debt. Let assume they will pay 250 million off that balance. Then from remaining of 350 millions cash. My guess is no more than 100 millions will use to fund the dividend which less than 10 cents return per share.
