    This penny deadstock has been transformed by the new boys ; new money and new strategy. They are in with GGP and MDA in a big well [Bullseye] in GOM . This is what could transform NEO. GGP is the really best investment with limited downside , whilst NEO will pay the penalty if the Bullseye well is not a bonaza!
