"Atomera (ATOM), which has been a great performer YTD, reported earnings on Wednesday. The general consensus from those on the earnings call was that ATOM is closer than ever to signing a Joint Development Agreement. It seems like they are just down to the last few signatures to getting it done and it could happen at any time. We remain very optimistic about ATOM’s chances to garner a significant piece of the semiconductor market as clients for their MST technology and are holding tight to our overweight position."
