Not at all. Different chartists view gaps differently. I for one see a gap at 2.3c given the Monday close price of 2.3c was not hit today. As you have rightly noted though, some may view no gap given 2.4c is the next price from 2.3c. Not saying it will retrace due to this (buyers are still stacked and selling is limited) but some have different views that’s all.
