if they spend anytime on wondering who the hell is posting on hotcopper, they are beyond help.
I've seen it all before, company taking notes for defamation etc......however when the company has zero money, maybe engaging legal teams to lodge paperwork against actual shareholders is beyond inasinity and they should worry more about the company they are being paid to run
