It does very much look like this wasn't a coincidence at all does it!
The pieces are starting to fall into place. Can certainly start to see why they spent 1.1m on increasing the ability of SPENDA to process such huge volumes of transactions per second.
I am genuinely pretty astonished hearing about this free trade agreement today. Was only late last week that someone posted about SPENDA India getting a CEO and since then i have been wondering what they could be up to or if it was merely a formality. I wasnt expecting to read about this.. especially on a Saturday !
