My humble advise to you would be to talk to M&K. I reckon you've got a case to recover the $180k you've dropped onto Bendigo. Especially if there conduct was misleading and deceptive, eg making you believe you had to pay. Don't listen to Molonski. He/she is bitter and twisted because he/she dropped all that money and can't see a way to get it back. Let me tell you I have so far dropped in excess of $400k on GTP but what is still outstanding dwarfes that. I have had enough. Fight the good battle because it was not you that lied to the investor and misled them, it was GTP. And if Ben took over the loans (which they have not been able to prove to me so far) then it is a simple case of buyer beware.
